Life is not measured by the number of breaths we take, but by the moments that take our breath away!

If you are going to live on the edge, make sure your seat belt is fastened!

About Me

I'm a leading edge baby boomer who loves life! My husband of 38 years took my breath away the moment he kissed me on our first date in high school. The passion has tamed a bit, but the love is still there!

I'm a Doane Lincoln 1995 graduate. I love to dance, entertain, read a good book, write in my journal, balance work with fun, take walks on nice evenings as the sun sets, savor the sights and sounds of nature, cook, go to movies, visit with friends and family, learn something new every day, be a positive influence on others and smile a lot!

I'm interested in learning how to maintain good health naturally. I'm a distributor of glyconutrient food supplements. I read books and articles about natural healing and healthy living.

I don't smoke or care to drink alcoholic beverages, although I do have a margarita, glass of wine, or cold beer on occasion.

I am a believer in God and his son, Jesus our savior. I talk to them daily. I believe in treating others with dignity and respect regardless of their beliefs. I am passionate about doing the right thing, being truthful and loyal.

I appreciate what we can learn from those w***e older and more experienced in life and business. I look for mentors to emulate, and hope that I am a good example for others to emulate too.

My Family

I married my high school sweetheart, Marv, in 1968. We are proof that opposites attract. He loves competitive contact sports of all kinds, cars, and every kind of electronic devise that makes sound and/or pictures! He can tell you all you need to know about any of them at anytime! He is a car salesman -- one of the good ones!

We have 3 precious daughters and five wonderful grandchildren who all live close by.

We were all born and raised in Nebraska. We have a rich ancestry of great grandparents who settled in the U.S. in the 1860's from Germany and Czechoslovakia. We were also fortunate enough to know some of them before they passed away.

Our family gets together for all of the Holidays, and sometimes just for the fun of it!

My Pets

We don't have any pets. The last of them left with our youngest daughter when she moved out.
